We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, here are our return and refund conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Certain items such as earrings, undergarments, or sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
